Bone-in or boneless chicken simmered in curry, wrapped in our split-pea dhalpuri roti.
Seasoned bara bread with curried channa, finished with cucumber and tamarind chutney. Fair warning — it's a messy street food, and that's the point.
Hand-torn paratha roti, buttery and flaky, served alongside your choice of curry.
